Leadership is a key component for a team to build camaraderie, reach their full potential as a team, meet their team goals, and win!
Leadership is not only important in sports, but it is important in all areas of life. For example, as a manager on your job, as a father or husband, or as a pastor in and out of the church. Without great leadership, the group, team, church, staff, nation, or family will be in turmoil. Great leadership will help things stay afloat even when things don’t go right. It is so important to trust and believe that God will make a way and provide. Great leadership focuses on the task at hand, making sure that the goals are met, and that purpose is being fulfilled with the Lord at the forefront. In addition, phenomenal leaders care for the needs of the people they lead.
God is the best leader that one can ever have. He sacrificed by allowing His Own Son, Jesus to die for our sins.
God supplies all our needs; all we must do is trust in Him and live for Him.
God loves us despite us. He offers grace to us.
He offers wisdom to those who ask for it (James 1:5).
He forgives (1 John 1:9).
He loves us because He is love (1 John 4:8).
He listens to those who does His Will (John 9:27).
Jesus gives the Holy Spirit to those who are saved to lead us and guide us in our everyday life (John 14:15-31).
God provides us with the Bible to order our every step and help us to be like Jesus Christ in this journey called “life.” (Psalms 119:105)
Leadership is a necessity for growth to happen spiritually, professionally, financially, emotionally, mentally, etc. If God has called you to lead, lead well and do all things with God as the foundation of your life and watch how God will work.
